Awareness of allergies and the allergens that trigger them has never been higher. Consumers want to know exactly what is in their food, and your clients need to be able to state with confidence whether their products contain allergens.

The ELISA Test (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) is the most commonly used and widely trusted method of detecting allergens, and can be used to test for:
