Test Strip Peracetic

Peracetic acid commonly known as PAA is an inorganic acid generated by reacting acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. Peracetic Acid is widely used in the food processing industries to sanitise food contact surfaces at concentrations of between 150-200ppm.

Peracetic acid is highly efficient at removing biofilms and works well at colder temperatures, studies have shown the 30ppm PAA is more efficient than 250ppm Sodium HypoChlorite at removing biofilm cells of Staph Aureus from Stainless Steel and polypropylene surfaces

Peracetic acid is popular in industries such as Organic Produce and Poultry farming.
