Description: Envriostik (sponge on stick) Hygiene Sampling Sponge with Straight Breakpoint Handle, dosed with Neutralising Buffer. Supplied in Easy Open Stomacher Pouch.

Recommended For: environmental monitoring where chemical residue neutralisation is desired. Alternative technique for Sponge sampling.

Ideal For: easier handling & sampling of organisms from awkward areas including: TVC, Listeria spp., Staphylococci, Enterobacteriaceae eg Salmonella, E.coli (E coli / ecoli / e. coli), Enterobacter, staphylococcus, klebsiella, E. coli Enterobacter, Enterobacter sakazakii.

Precautions & Limitations: 1.Neutralisation is limited to surface residues.

2. The product has been designed to withstand typical conditions; however, excessively abrasive surfaces or insertion into confined areas may result in partial or full failure or detachment of the sponge. Exercise care.

3. On rare occasions, some settlement of suspended ingredients may occur leading to coloured precipitate on sponge/pouch particularly corners. Gentle massage sponge through pouch before use.
