The IC Buffalo test helps you in a very simple way to detect the presence of cow’s milk in buffalo milk upon arrival at the plant or before the elaboration of your products. You can also check during milk collection, on the farm or in the truck. And verify the correct cleaning of tanks and facilities to avoid cross contamination.
You just have to mix a drop of milk with a few drops of the analysis solution and insert the test strip.
