The CleanTrust surface protein allergen test swab is a ready to use rapid test swab with high sensitivity, used to detect protein residues on surface, and thereby determine if cleaning has been
effective in eliminating proteins, including potentially allergenic proteins. After smearing the surface of the object, if protein is present, the solution will change from green to purple. The faster
and darker the colour change, the higher the protein content. It is important to note that a residue may contain a mixture of allergenic and non-allergenic proteins, as well as non-protein materials.
