The HI-935001 is a T-Type thermocouple thermometer that measures temperature from -50.0 to 300°C (-58.0 to 572°F ). This thermometer has interchangeable probes, also has automatic shut off after 8 minutes or 60 minutes. It comes supplied with probe FC767PW which is designed for measuring semi solid foods, pastes and liquids.
