Description
HOW DOES THE PROTEON MILK ALLERGEN FOOD TEST HELP YOU?
The speed and simplicity of the PROTEON Express tests allows you to tailor the allergen analysis to the time and place you need. The simultaneous detection of casein and β-lactoglobulin in the same test strip and in two different bands is especially useful in situations where the source of milk is unknown, such as supplier control or in industries where different production processes that use milk or some of its by-products (whey or caseinates) coexist. If your products are highly processed, PROTEON Duo Milk helps you detect the presence of milk thanks to the resistance of caseins to high temperatures.
Having specific information will allow us to make immediate decisions between productions, detect insufficient cleaning, control critical points of contamination and ensure the release of your product to the market without risk.
